This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here still aims to maintain a “business as usual” approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal.

TO ALLOW MARKET RASEN SURGERY TO PROVIDE OUR FULL SERVICE TO YOU, IT IS PARAMOUNT THAT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND PATIENTS IS MAINTAINED. WE NEED OUR PATIENTS FULL CO-OPERATION IN IMPLEMENTING OUR ACTION PLAN AS THE CONSEQUENCES IF A STAFF MEMBER WAS TO CONTRACT THE VIRUS THIS COULD MEAN THE TOTAL SHUT DOWN OF THE SURGERY. IF YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT/ADVICE PLEASE PHONE THE SURGERY AS THESE CAN ONLY BE DEALT WITH OVER THE PHONE. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING WALK-INS. WE ARE NO LONGER OPERATING THE WALK-IN BLOOD TEST CLINIC - THESE WILL BE BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
THE DISPENSARY WILL BE OPEN FOR COLLECTION OF MEDICATION ONLY. ANY QUERIES REGARDING MEDICATION MUST BE PUT IN WRITING AND POSTED IN THE REPEAT BOX LOCATED AT THE DISPENSARY OR THE OUTSIDE LETTER BOX. HOWEVER, WE WILL FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE BE ACCEPTING TELEPHONE MESSAGES FOR ANY QUERIES REGARDING MEDICATION.
PLEASE NOTE: RECEPTION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH ANY REQUESTS/QUERIES REGARDING MEDICATION.
Please attend appointments on your own as we are limiting the number of people we have in the surgery at one time. The only exceptions are: if you are bringing in a child or you are a carer or a family member who needs to bring someone in who needs support for their appointment due to a disability.
